To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain items such as clearance products or personalized items may not be eligible for returns.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
